The FC-30 is a Feed Conveyor designed specifically to feed our HPC-30 machine. The unit is mobile and includes a storage Hopper and Grizzly for removal of oversize material.

The winged lower Conveyor Pulley minimizes damage and wear of the Conveyor Belt. Tensioners allow for quick and easy tracking and tensioning of the belt.

The fully adjustable Drive System is mounted at the end of the conveyor belt, a safe distance away from the Hopper and Feed Gate.

In addition to feed rate control using the adjustable Feed Gates, a digital controller which controls the conveyor belt speed can also be used for precise control of the rate at which material is fed to the HPC-30.

The Digital Controller and Circuit Breaker are housed in a Waterproof Electrical Cabinet which can be mounted on the HPC-30 or separately.

Drive System sprockets can easily be changed. This allows for an extremely broad range of conveyor belt speeds to facilitate feeding of almost any material in different applications requiring either very low or very high feed rates.

The A-Frame and Hitch used when towing the FC-30 can easily be detached when the machine is installed. This prevents damage and allows for easier access to the machine with earth-moving machinery.

Heavy duty axle and wheels are designed for towing over rugged terrain and can be removed and stored whilst the FC-30 is in operation.
