EXTRAC-TEC System-50 01
With a capacity of up to 50 tons/hour, System-50 offers unbeatable recovery rates for alluvial gold, attractive processing capacity, high efficiency and chemical-free operation.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 02
Excavator drops material into VF-50 Vibrating Grizzly Feeder which feeds HPC-50. Material is then Scrubbed, Classified and fed to the Undersize and Middlings Recovery systems.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 03
The length of the VF-50 Feeder, HPC-50 and Middlings Sluice is about 15m (50 feet)
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 04
As with all EXTRAC-TEC equipment, the System-50 is manufactured using top quality, high-strength and heavy-duty materials and components to ensure long life and operational reliability.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 05
The HPC-50 is equipped with a 3-Chamber rotary Trommel Scrubber followed by two independent screening sections. Screen panels are chosen to specifically suit your requirements and are easily replaceable.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 06
The Middlings Sluice is equipped with Hungarian Riffles and Expanded Metal Riffles as well as sluice mats and riffle locks. Sluice box height and inclination can be set by adjusting the height of the landing legs and water flow rate is independently controlled.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 07
The VF-50 is positioned directly above the Feed Chute of the HPC-50 Scrubbing and Screening Trommel.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 08
VF-50 height is 5.3m (17 feet) and can be fed by an excavator or wheel loader operating on a feed-ramp.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 09
Undersize material (typically -4mm fraction) is fed to the HPC-50 reverse-helix recovery module which ensures recovery of up to 98% of all Gravity Recoverable Gold including free gold particles as small as 50 microns (300 mesh) which are lost by other systems.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 10
Middlings material (typically the 4mm to 10mm fraction) is fed to the HPC-50 Middlings Sluice. Sluice cleanups are easy: concentrate can be fed directly onto the HPC-50’s reverse-helix concentrator belt reducing the volume of concentrate for final cleaning down to approximately 5 liters (1.3 gallons) per cleanup.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 11
Oversize material is discharged from the Trommel via a material chute. An oversize removal conveyor can be supplied if required.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 12
The HPC-50 is trailer mounted for ease of movement and is easily towed between locations with a tractor or moved with earth-moving equipment once on site.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 13
The VF-50 is easily assembled when the machine is delivered to site or moved. The Feeder is lined with replaceable, heavy-duty wear liners to protect structural components and extend the life of the unit.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 14
The feeder’s modular frame is designed to stop vibration transferring to other machine components and allows for easy access to all components for maintenance and repair.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 15
The vibrating grizzly section is energized by two vibratory motors. A static chute positioned above the vibrating section allows for the unit to be fed using a wide bucket excavator or even a wheel loader.
EXTRAC-TEC System-50 16
Oversize Rocks are scalped off and removed via the discharge chute. The large oversize chute and grizzly bars makes it possible to feed unscreened gravel straight into the feeder.
