EXTRAC-TEC Heavy Particle Concentration (HPC) technology enables cost-effective gravity separation of minerals of differing densities without the use of chemicals. We offer low, medium and high-capacity solutions for Alluvial and Hard Rock gold extraction as well as for other mineral recovery applications and for lead remediation of shooting ranges.
EXTRAC-TEC is part of the IE-TEC Group and we have been building alluvial mining equipment since 2003. Today we design, manufacture and sell our machinery worldwide from our factory in South Africa.
Manufacturing Overview
Over the years we have expanded our manufacturing to include fabrication for the construction and agricultural sectors. We also provide co-manufacturing and product development services to other companies.
Under the brand Y-FORCE we manufacture lightweight machinery for the construction industry. Our product range includes scarifiers, floor grinders, sander drums, floor saws, vehicle cranes as well as skip trailers.
X-WORX Co-Manufacturing offers engineering and fabrication services using the latest in CAD techniques and manufacturing technology. Services range from 3D CAD designs, Sheet metal Laser cutting, tube laser cutting, CNC machining, urethane moulding to CO2 Laser cutting and etching.
MEGAVATE designs and manufactures a variety of machines for the agriculture sector. We manufacture feed wagons, bale trailers, topping mowers, tractor implements as well as compost screening and bagging systems
